1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• During peak seasons (e.g., Sale), allow up to 5 business days.

• We currently do not ship internationally. 

4. Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  

6. Delays & Lost Packages

• Carrier delays (weather, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days for assistance.

• See our Return Policy for details. Unworn items with tags may be returned within 15 days for a refund.
