Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Singapore.

How long does shipping take?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible within 2-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We aim for every customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your items.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please email your return request within 15 days to customer.service@be3attire.com before sending the items back. Returns should be shipped via registered mail or a courier service with tracking, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Kindly retain your tracking number until your return has been received and processed, in case a status check is required.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care in ensuring that every order is packed with precision and arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at customer.service@be3attire.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly include your order number along with clear photographs of the item received. Our team will review the matter promptly and ensure an appropriate resolution is arranged for you.

I am missing an item from my order. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order. Please contact us at customer.service@be3attire.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Kindly include your order number and a brief description of the missing item. Our team will investigate the matter promptly and ensure an appropriate resolution is arranged for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be able to track your order. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent to you.

You may use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status of your parcel. Should you require any assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help.
